RealEazy.ca is the website of Idriss Movahedzadeh, REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Fusion in Saskatoon. I respect your privacy. This policy explains how personal information is collected, used and protected on this website and in the real estate services I provide. It follows the privacy practices of my brokerage, CENTURY 21 Fusion.
Information I collect
I collect the information you choose to give me, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and details, and your property preferences. This happens when you fill in a form on this site, request a showing or a home evaluation, sign up for market updates, or contact me directly.
The Buyer Information Form and Client Information Form collect identification details and, for buyers, source-of-funds information. Canadian law (the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act) requires REALTORS® to collect this information.
Like most websites, this site also collects standard usage information through cookies and analytics tools, as described below.

These include the website platform and its hosting and security providers, MLS® listing data providers, Google (analytics, maps and address lookup), and, where used, a customer-relationship management (CRM) system. They only receive the information they need to provide their service. My brokerage, CENTURY 21 Fusion, also receives transaction and FINTRAC records as the law requires. Some providers may store information outside Canada.
Data security
I use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on this site. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements such as FINTRAC. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. To make a request, contact me using the details below.
